Tuition & Flexible Payment Structure

We understand that investing in Montessori training is a significant commitment. To support thoughtful financial planning, tuition for many programs is paid in scheduled installments over the duration of the course.

Tuition and fees may also be paid in full at any time.

Each tuition installment is associated with a specific phase of the program and must be completed before moving on to the next stage. Within each installment period, tuition may be paid in smaller amounts, provided the full installment is paid by the next scheduled payment due date.

Example:
A $6,000 tuition installment due on June 19, 2026 may be paid in multiple smaller payments (such as monthly or bi-weekly), as long as the full $6,000 is paid by September 11, 2026.


Withdrawal & Refunds

Students may withdraw from a program during the designated withdrawal period outlined in the Student Handbook. Partial refunds may be available after the course begins, depending on the timing of withdrawal and the portion of the program completed.

Refund eligibility and calculations follow the official withdrawal and refund policy described in the Student Handbook (p. 14).

We strongly encourage all prospective students to review the Student Handbook carefully prior to enrollment.

Can I pay my tuition in full?
Yes. Tuition and fees may be paid in full at any time.

Can I split my tuition payments into smaller amounts?
Yes. Tuition installments may be paid in smaller increments, provided the full installment amount is paid before the next scheduled payment due date.

Do I need to complete one payment before moving to the next?
Yes. Tuition and fees associated with each scheduled payment must be paid in full before the next payment period begins.

Is the deposit applied to my tuition?
Yes. The enrollment deposit secures your seat in the program and is credited toward your total tuition.

What if I need to withdraw after the course begins?
Students may withdraw in accordance with the withdrawal period outlined in the Student Handbook. Partial refunds may be available based on timing and program participation. Full details are provided in the Student Handbook (p. 14).

Are payment dates fixed?
Payment dates are provided as a planning guide and may be adjusted slightly prior to enrollment.
