Montessori Orientation Certificate Course for Ages 6-12 years

MTCNE in partnership with Montessori in Redlands is proud to offer the AMI Elementary Orientation Course, a dynamic and immersive introduction to the Montessori approach for children ages 6-12. This 60-hour course is designed for educators, assistants, school administrators, and parents who wish to deepen their understanding of Montessori philosophy and elementary classroom practices.

Dates: August 11-15, 2025, 8:00 am – 4:15 pm daily
Location: Montessori in Redlands, 1890 Orange Ave, Redlands, CA

Cost: $900

Requirements for the Orientation Certification:

  • 90% attendance related to course engagement
  • 9 hours of observation of 6-12-year-old children
  • Submission of 3 reflection essays (500 word minimum)
  • Students have 90 days from the end of the course to complete all coursework

Additional Course Requirements: 

  • August 4-8, 2025: Complete 9 hours of asynchronous reading and assignments
  • August 16-30, 2025: Complete 12 hours of asynchronous reading and assignments
